LX Bar CBNG Infrastructure Removal and Reservoir Reclamation 2022
WORK DATA SHEET / INFORMATION EXHIBIT 1
WORK DATA SHEET / INFORMATION EXHIBIT
LX Bar Coal Bed Natural Gas (CBNG) Infrastructure Removal and Reservoir Reclamation
Project General Reclamation Plan and Description
The following general reclamation plan applies to all infrastructure.
Brush-hog, if necessary to reduce fire danger prior to performing work.
1. Remove all well production infrastructure to no less than 3 feet below ground surface. This includes, but not limited to water and gas piping and electrical conduits. It is not the intent to remove the entire horizontal infrastructure, regardless of actual depth. All existing pipes and conduits should be considered active until the Contractor has taken appropriate steps based on standard oil field practices to validate, they are safe to cut and cap below grade.
2. All above ground utilities, e.g., air release valves, drip vents, electric stub outs and poly pipe stub outs, shall be removed from the surface, cut and capped a minimum of three (3) feet below the finished ground surface. All disturbed areas shall be graded to blend and match the surrounding landform areas and shall promote positive drainage. Topsoil shall then be redistributed, and the sites are revegetated utilizing specified seed mix.
3. Remove and dispose all trash and debris from the work site each day to a secure facility off-site.
4. All salvageable production equipment shall be transported to a landowner approved site located off Greenough (Campbell County) Road SW1/4, SW1/4, Sec 19, T56N, R74W, Campbell County Wyoming. Lat.44.8126, Long. -105.8150
5. Topsoil shall be stripped to a depth of 6-inches prior to any surface disturbing activities.
A minimum of 6-inches of topsoil shall be salvaged where excavation is necessary. All project areas surface disturbances shall be graded to blend and match into existing finished ground surface landform. After backfilling and grading is complete, topsoil shall be evenly redistributed across the surface disturbance area, prepped for seeding, crimped with straw mulch, and seeded with the seed mix listed. Seed and straw mulch shall be from a weed free certified source. Distribute straw mulch at a minimum rate of ½-ton per acre. Drill seed at a depth not to exceed 0.5-inch. If broadcast seeding, double the rate of application.
6. After topsoil has been re-spread across the disturbed areas (after earth work is completed), the soil shall be prepared for seed bed, crimped with straw mulch, and seeded with the seed mix listed on following page or as listed in the specifications. Seed and straw mulch shall be from a weed free certified source. Distribute straw mulch at a minimum rate of ½-ton per acre. Drill seed at a depth not to exceed 0.5-inch. If broadcast seeding, double the rate of application.
7. No depressions may be left where water could pond, with the following exceptions: areas adjoining the reclaimed sites that have depressions not created by the contractor’s actions, micro-depressions created to support reclamation success, terminal storm water containments designed to silt-in overtime and other small storm water/snow storage basins. The intent is to promote positive drainage in the area and restore positive drainage in the disturbed areas.
8. Seed shall be drilled on the contour with a seed drill equipped with a depth regulator to ensure uniform depths of planting. Seeding depth shall be maintained between ¼ to ½ inch deep.

Description 1.Bottom 26/Water Gap Reservoir Spillway (Extending from the lowest reservoir that is being kept to the beginning of the middle reservoir that is being removed.)
• 990 feet in length (24,789 SF/43,560 = 0.57acres) o General profile of the spillway is 25 feet fill slope/fore slope at approximately 3:1 layback with an 8-foot crown with and 8 feet layback into the spillway at approximately 2:1-3:1 slope with approximately 8 feet ditch base with and even cut slope with approximately 3:1 layback.
• 79,200 CF/27= 2,933 cubic yards for the fill slope + crown 2,347 for total= 5,280 cubic yards
The entirety of the spillway appears to balance with the amount of material in fore slope and should balance and roll into the cut slope and layback to 3:1 or less.

• From the termination point of Lower 26 Reservoir to the Bottom 26/Water gap Reservoir going west from the termination is 190 feet (7,350SFSF/43560 = 0.17 acres) of significant erosion from the base of spillway ditch (3-5 feet). Utilize the material from the ditch fill slope, if there is not adequate sediment from Bottom 26/Water Gap reservoir can also be utilized.
