About this file
This is a Bid Schedule document for solicitation FA480327Q0003, which establishes estimated quantities and pricing for packing and crating services supporting household goods transportation across two geographic zones in South Carolina through a five-year contract period (base year plus four option years).
The solicitation requires contractors to provide three categories of services: Outbound (Schedule I), Inbound (Schedule II), and Intra-City/Intra-Area Moves (Schedule III) for Zone 38 (eight South Carolina counties including Chesterfield, Darlington, and Sumter) and Zone 39 (six counties including Florence, Georgetown, and Horry). Services encompass complete household goods packing, containerization, drayage, storage, and delivery operations, including specialized handling for unaccompanied baggage, expensive/valuable items, and overflow articles. Contract line items (CLINs) are organized by fiscal year: CLINs 0001-0003 for the base year (January 1 – December 31, 2027), CLINs 0004-0006 for Option Year One (2028), CLINs 1001-1006 for subsequent option years, and continuing through 2029. Bidders must meet minimum guaranteed daily capability thresholds for each area of performance (ranging from 25-50 net container weight for inbound/outbound and 50-150 for intra-city moves) to be considered responsive. Estimated annual quantities are provided per item and service type, with pricing terms structured on a per-unit basis (NCWT, GCWT, per loaded mile, per shipment, or each). All line items are included in the bid evaluation, and contractors must provide unit pricing for each service component to calculate total schedule costs across the base year and option years.
