Attachment 2 - 657-21-702JC - DWGS FOR BID.pdf

This file is a set of construction drawings for a design-bid-build project. The drawings provide detailed plans for the EHRM Training and Administrative Space Construction project at the St. Louis VA Health Care System John Cochran campus (915 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63106). The drawings support Phases 2, 3, and 4 of the construction scope, which includes approximately 2,000 square feet of North Training Rooms (Rooms 139, 140, 141, 142) with upgraded power and data infrastructure and new flooring and wall finishes; approximately 1,800 square feet of South Training Rooms (Rooms 126, 127, 128) with similar upgrades plus a 130-square-foot breakroom renovation featuring new finishes, casework, sink, and cold-water tie-in; a 1,400-square-foot corridor renovation with new flooring and wall finishes; two offices (approximately 150 square feet each) with upgraded power and data infrastructure; and a data closet upgrade including new flooring and wall finishes, additional server rack installation with associated equipment, and replacement of the existing mini-split HVAC unit.

These construction drawings serve as the technical specifications and visual reference for bidders responding to Solicitation Number 36C77627B0001, a firm-fixed-price contract opportunity. The drawings are essential documentation for contractors to prepare accurate bids and execute the construction work within Building 2 on the first floor of the John Cochran Division. Phase 1 work is excluded from this scope as it was completed under a separate contract.
