About this file

This document is a clarification document for Project 668-18-109 to refurbish and upgrade elevators in Buildings 1 and 27 at the MannGrandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The project involves refurbishing and upgrading elevators while maintaining operations in other areas of the medical center. The clarification specifies that construction areas will be secured but other areas of the medical center will remain operational. It also clarifies that references to vacating an "entire unit" in the general notes on the drawings actually refer to the bounded construction area only. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for the project under Solicitation Number 36C26024R0009 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 20.
