About this file

This document contains a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and a related Federal Contract Opportunity solicitation. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan outlines five key performance requirements for operating and maintaining three government-owned medical clinics in Yellowstone National Park, including providing ongoing primary, urgent, and preventative healthcare; offering affordable services that accept various payment forms; complying with applicable laws and regulations; supporting emergency services operations; and maintaining clean and orderly clinic facilities. The Federal Contract Opportunity is a combined synopsis and solicitation from the National Park Service seeking proposals to operate the medical clinics for a one-year period, providing at least 90% of necessary healthcare services to over 7,500 patient visits annually while accepting different payments, offering pharmacy support, conducting janitorial work, and managing medical waste.
