PLATT, STEPHEN T SSgt USAF AMC 60 CONS/PKA This contradicts the first line.

BURNETT, RYAN M CIV USAF AMC 60 CES/CEOE

I believe this is referring to safety measures for holes being worked in vs not being worked in, since they need to be open if someone is working inside. I tried to add clarification. Please let me know if we need any more corrections

PLATT, STEPHEN T SSgt USAF AMC 60 CONS/PKA The line about small children falling in doesn’t need to be included. “Holes shall be covered, when not being worked in, with three quarter inch plywood or a metal grating”

6.1. Security Requirements. Security Requirements. Travis Air Force Base is designated as a closed base. To promote security and safety, all contractors desiring access must adhere to installation entry requirements, including identity proofing and vetting. This includes a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and California Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (CLETS) check. Identity proofing and vetting is not required for contractors if they have a current favorable government security clearance which can be verified through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Contractors will be identity proofed and vetted each time a pass is issued. Security Forces may conduct random screenings at any time. If disqualifying base access information is found contractors may be denied base access or have passes currently issued revoked. The primary contractor will ensure all personnel and sub-contractor personnel possess the proper credentials that allow them to work in the United States.

PLATT, STEPHEN T SSgt USAF AMC 60 CONS/PKA Should outline security forces requirements if going to include this. I believe they only allow Real Id and passport
