Tests and Assays for Dietary Supplements

The offeror may submit prices on all or most* of the tests and ingredient assays listed in Appendix A:

tests and assays in all sections (1-5).

*The offeror is required to submit prices for all (or at least 80-90%) of the tests and assays in each section. The offeror may not submit prices for just a few sections or just a few ingredients in Attachment 1.

If the offeror has more than one validated assay for an ingredient (e.g., HPLC-UV and LC-MS-MS), please add an extra line to the sheet and list the methods and costs separately. See the excel sheet included for reporting your methods and prices.
