Attachment 1- Technical Specifications Sheet Specifications for a trailer-mounted, hot water, pressure washer with storage tank
Product Specifications Reclamation requires the replacement of a trailer-mounted pressure washer with water storage tank that is used to spray off invasive mussels attached to watercraft at boat inspection ramps at Reclamation reservoirs in New Mexico.
The pressure washer is powered by a gasoline fueled generator, with a diesel heated burner. The pressure washer should be able to spray hot water (120 to 140 F) through two, 50+ foot pressure hoses equipped with spray wands. To remove attached mussels, the pressure must exceed 3500 psi and below 4200 psi, (consider the psi measurement error) and the wands need to spray out at a rate of 4.5 to 6 gallons per minute rate. The unit needs to carry source water in a tank (or tanks) capable of storing 500 to 535 gallons and mounted onto a trailer of appropriate size for the weight (often up to 7 feet wide by up to 14 feet long). The trailer needs to be steel with wood deck necessary to hold and transport the pressure washer, storage tank(s), and associated gear, on roads and slightly (<12%) sloped areas, safely, and meet requirements for trailers in New Mexico, including bumpers, turning lights, swivel jack, ball, and chains hitch system, braking and other systems adequate to the trailer towing and its load weight. Delivery costs of the trailer-mounted, pressure washer with tank, to 555 Broadway Blvd, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102 (up to 2000 miles) should be identified.
