About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a conduit installation project for the Wing Conference Room (WCR) at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. The project requires engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing PVC or EMT conduit to support a Secret Internet Protocol Router Network-capable (SIPRNet) Video Teleconferencing system within Building 500. The work will be completed in two phases due to equipment contractor scheduling constraints.
Key requirements include providing all necessary materials, labor, and management, with all materials being new and unused. The contractor must coordinate with the 341st Communications Squadron for storage and staging areas, restore all disturbed grounds to original condition, and properly dispose of project residue. The project has a 90-day performance period, requires compliance with numerous telecommunications and building standards, and mandates adherence to Air Force security regulations. The work will be performed during normal operating hours (7:30 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday), excluding federal holidays, and requires anti-terrorism awareness training for all contractors.
