STATEMENT OF WORK

CompTIA SecurityX (Formerly CASP+) Training

Summary of Service: Joint Region Marianas has an on-site classroom-based training requirement for the CompTIA SecurityX, formerly known as CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), certification and refresher course for twenty (20) students.

The total cost of the fees shall include training, instructor fee, travel and expenses, workstations (if needed), training materials, course manuals and evaluations, course materials/books and shipping fees.

Vendor shall provide a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the training.

Place of Performance: On-site training classroom/venue will be provided by the customer.

On-site address: Bldg 200 Halsey Drive, Nimitz Hill, Piti, Guam 96915

Period of Performance: 5 days (August 4-8, 2025), Monday thru Friday (8am -4pm).

CONTRACTOR FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL/SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all required equipment/material/services to include the following:

Certificate of completion for each student successfully completing the course Computers (if needed) for hands-on lab exercises Books, student study guides, online lab account, and exam study guides as applicable Course objectives shall include:

o Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Implementing GRC strategies, security frameworks, and compliance policies o Security Architecture: Designing and deploying resilient security infrastructures and Zero Trust models o Security Engineering: Implementing advanced cryptographic solutions, endpoint protection, and threat detection o Security Operations: Managing incident response, automation, monitoring, and forensic analysis o Threat Intelligence & AI-Based Security: Detecting and mitigating emerging cyber threats using AI-driven security tools o Cloud & Hybrid Security: Securing multi-cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments o Zero Trust & Identity Management: Implementing multi-factor authentication, access control models, and federated identity solutions Deliver a comprehensive refresher course covering the critical domains and objectives of the

CompTIA SecurityX CAS-005 course, designed to help students identify and address any knowledge gaps.

QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Upon completion of course(s), students will have the opportunity to evaluate vendor’s performance.
