The Period of Performance is six months after complete installation, covering order receipt, manufacture, shipping, receiving, and quality assurance checks. Technical support is limited, with the vendor providing customer support for replacement components and troubleshooting. Any modifications to the SOW require written approval from the contracting agency at Altus Air Force Base in Oklahoma.
