SCOPE OF WORK

General

1. Furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, investigations, surveys, coordination and project supervision as required in connection with this SOW and reference design documents.

2. The majority of work will involve relocation and replacement of Building

1D’s existing (e) main electrical distribution system. Building 1D will be occupied during all construction activities. All construction activities shall not impact the day to day operation of Building 1D and the facility.

Scope

Construction shall primarily consist of a new building to house new and relocation of the existing main electrical room equipment including:

a) Construct a new building to house relocated/new electrical equipment

b) Replace (e) Westinghouse panel boards in referenced electrical rooms with new panel boards per plans and specifications

c) Replacing the (e) motor control system with a new system that will integrate with the (e) motor control centers currently located on multiple floors

d) (e) circuit breakers on the building’s primary distribution panels up to point of service are to be included in the Overcurrent Protective Device Coordination Study and trip settings adjusted to reflect updated changes

e) Repair of the (e) lightning protection system

f) Correction of (e) code deficiencies associated with the electrical scope, as described in plans
