1.0 INTRODUCTION

Purpose

The F-16 System Program Office is looking to field the ALR-69A Digital Radar Warning Receiver (DRWR) system, which will replace the legacy ALR-69 and ALR-56M RWR systems. The purpose of this contract is to provide the United States Air Force (USAF) a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide low cost and rapid delivery of ALR-69A diplexers for the F-16 fleet/all blocks. The F-16 Systems Integration Section requires the ability to have diplexers built in rapid succession in order to meet program and budgetary timeline constraints.

1.1.1 The United States Government (USG) intends to award a single IDIQ contract with a five-year ordering period.

1.1.2 This new system may be installed on the fleet of USAF F-16 Block 25/30/32/40/42/50/52 C & D models, ~937 aircraft.

1.1.3 Part of this system is a matrix of receiving antennas on the aircraft. There are two antenna arrays in multiple sectors. One of the two antennas is in the C/D band and the other is in the E-J band. The E-J band antenna and a C/D band antenna outputs are combined in a diplexer, and therefore, four diplexers are required for every aircraft installation.

Scope

This Statement of Work (SOW) identifies the standards and tasks required of the contractor to provide F-16 diplexers production assets. This is a non-developmental effort to have the Contractor build production assets in accordance with (IAW) USG specification.

1.2.1 Size, Weight and Power (SWaP): Current diplexer size is approximately 4x4x1 inches, current diplexer weight is approximately 2 pounds. Full electrical performance shall be as specified in OO-G719769, Rev C, dated 21 Apr 2017.

1.2.2 Aircraft installation services are not required.

2.0 PROJECT MANGEMENT
