About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract for Chemical Toilet and Septic Tank Services issued by the Air Force Technical Center (AFTC) with contract number FA930125Q0014. The solicitation is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with a size standard of $9,000,000 and covers multiple service line items including permanent and on-call portable toilets, handwash stations, ADA-compliant portable toilets, mobile chemical toilets, emergency service calls, and septic tank services across various locations including AFRL and AF Plant 42.
The contract will be firm fixed price with a period of performance from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030, with options to extend. Estimated quantities vary by line item, ranging from 1 lot for an Open House Air Show to 500 each for on-call regular portable toilets. The evaluation factors include technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance considered more important than price. The solicitation includes multiple contract years with consistent estimated quantities, suggesting a recurring, long-term service requirement for chemical toilet and septic tank services across Air Force facilities.
