About this file

This document is a Schedule of Items for a federal construction contract solicitation. The Government intends to award one contract for Shirley Creek Campground Improvements to the bidder providing the best overall value. The scope of work is a single lump sum item encompassing layout, grading, base and surface aggregate courses, and site restoration at the campground facility. Bidders must enter a unit price and total price for the complete work package, which includes all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. The lump sum quantity will not be measured or adjusted based on actual performance; instead, payment will be made on actual work performed as described in specification FP-14 109.01. Bond premium payments must be included in the mobilization costs and cannot be added to the contract price. Any excavation required as part of the work scope is incidental to the bid item and should be factored into the bidder's pricing.
