About this file
This is a pricing schedule template for a U.S. Coast Guard Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation numbered 70Z03826QJ0000137 for repair services of a Radar Radome component (NSN: 1560-01-HR2-2167, Part Number: 70600-81853-101). Contractors must complete three line items with firm-fixed unit pricing: teardown/test and evaluation or no-fault-found determination, repair services, and beyond-economic-repair or scrap designation. The schedule clarifies that only one fee applies per unit—if a unit is deemed beyond economic repair, only that fee is charged and does not include the teardown evaluation fee. Vendors should specify lead time and FOB terms (either destination or origin with shipping estimate) and disclose any additional charges, fees, or prompt payment discounts in their quotation. The total quotation amount will calculate automatically once unit prices are entered in the yellow highlighted boxes.
The USCG intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one initial radar radome repair, with an option to repair up to fifteen additional units at the same unit price and turnaround time within 365 days of award. Contractors must submit a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15 with their delivery. This is an unrestricted solicitation open to all responsible sources, with a small business size standard of $40 million. Quotations should be submitted on this attachment schedule, and interested contractors should contact Julie G. Lininger at Julie.G.Lininger@uscg.mil with questions regarding completion of the worksheet.

NOTE - Beyond Economic Repair (BER)/Scrap is NOT in addition to Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TTE)/No Fault Found (NFF). If a unit is found to be BER, only the BER fee will apply and will NOT be inclusive of the TTE fee (TTE + BER).
NOTE - "Quantity of 1" for BER/Scrap and TTE/NFF line items is an estimated quantity and will be utilized for establishing fair and reasonable price determination; the actual amount of items that fall into these categories will be based on vendors evaluation of components after receipt of order.
"Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract."
