About this file
This file is a pricing schedule template for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Coast Guard for repair services of Module Assembly, Pilot components (NSN: 1560-01-106-1905, Part Number: 70652-02620-046). The schedule requires vendors to complete three service line items: teardown, test and evaluation/no fault found (TTE/NFF) for one unit; repair services for six units at a unit price to be specified; and beyond economic repair/scrap evaluation for one unit. All pricing fields are to be entered by vendors in the yellow highlighted boxes, with extended amounts calculating automatically. Vendors must specify lead time and F.O.B. information (either Destination or Origin with shipping estimate) and clearly identify any additional charges, fees, or prompt payment discounts in their quotation.
The solicitation (70Z03826QJ0000104) is an unrestricted, competitive requirement with a closing date of March 9, 2026, and is expected to result in a firm-fixed price purchase order award. Quotations must be submitted on this attachment with a certificate of conformance (COC) per FAR clause 52.246-15, including traceability to the manufacturer and manufacturer's COC. The applicable NAICS code is 488190, with a small business size standard of $40 million. Wage determinations apply for work performed in Florida and Connecticut. Vendors should contact Austin.R.Ivins@uscg.mil for questions regarding the schedule completion.

NOTE - "Quantity of 1" for BER/Scrap and TTE/NFF line items is an estimated quantity and will be utilized for establishing fair and reasonable price determination; the actual amount of items that fall into these categories will be based on vendors evaluation of components after receipt of order.
"Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract."
