About this file
This is a pricing schedule template for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Coast Guard for repair services of a Module Assembly, Pilot (NSN: 1560-01-106-1905, Part Number: 70652-02620-046). Offerors must complete the yellow highlighted cells to provide unit pricing for three service categories: teardown, test and evaluation/no fault found (1 unit estimated); repair services (6 units); and beyond economic repair/scrap (1 unit estimated). The schedule clarifies that beyond economic repair fees apply only if a unit is deemed irreparable and do not include teardown and evaluation fees. All other calculations populate automatically once pricing is entered. Offerors must specify lead time and F.O.B. information (destination or origin with shipping costs) and disclose any additional charges, fees, or prompt payment discounts in their quotation. Total quotation pricing will calculate automatically.
Quotations are due by March 9, 2026, and award will be made on a firm-fixed price basis to responsible sources on a competitive basis. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance in the format specified in FAR 52.246-15, including traceability to the manufacturer and the manufacturer's certificate of conformance. The NAICS code is 488190 with a small business size standard of $40 million, and this is an unrestricted solicitation. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency. Additional requirements and evaluation criteria are detailed in the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions attachments, with applicable wage determinations for Florida and Connecticut included.

NOTE - Beyond Economic Repair (BER)/Scrap is NOT in addition to Test and Evaluation (TTE)/No Fault Found (NFF). If a unit is found to be BER, only the BER fee will apply and will NOT be inclusive of the TTE fee (TTE + BER).
NOTE - "Quantity of 1" for BER/Scrap and TTE/NFF line items is an estimated quantity and will be utilized for establishing fair and reasonable price determination; the actual amount of items that fall into these categories will be based on vendors evaluation of components after receipt of order.
"Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract."
