About this file
This document outlines detailed technical requirements for a Virtual Reality (VR) training system for military fuel operations equipment. The system consists of two primary components: VR headset hardware and VR training software. The hardware specification calls for a Meta Quest 3S VR Headset (or equivalent) with integrated remote business support, wireless capability, Chromecast HDMI dongles, 5-year remote management support, and a manufacturer's warranty.
The VR training software must include comprehensive modules covering specific military fuel equipment such as R-11 Refueling Truck, R-12 Support Truck, R-18 Pumping Unit, R-19 Filter Separator, R-20 Servicing Platform, FORCE Layout & Planning, and Aerial Bulk Fuel Delivery System (ABFDS). Software features include interactive step-by-step guidance, test mode with immediate feedback, realistic full-scale virtual equipment replicas, bird's-eye system configuration, emergency scenario practice, and WiFi-enabled updates. The software requires a 5-year term license with ongoing patch and update support to maintain operational functionality.
