About this file
This document is Addendum #3 to Request for Proposal (RFP) #92000 related to a state-level corporate diversity procurement. The addendum provides additional instructions and requirements for vendors to demonstrate their corporate diversity programs and commitments as part of the proposal submission. Specifically, vendors must submit details on their diversity initiatives, supplier diversity programs, workforce demographics, and any other relevant information to showcase their organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The proposal due date and other key dates for the procurement remain unchanged from the original RFP.
The addendum indicates that the state is placing a strong emphasis on corporate diversity as an evaluation criterion for this procurement. Vendors will be scored on the strength and comprehensiveness of their diversity programs, which could impact the overall award decision. There are no specific set-aside requirements mentioned, but the state is likely seeking to contract with a vendor that can demonstrate a proven track record and sustainable approach to diversity and inclusion across their business operations.
