Additional contractor obligations include providing qualified aircrew with commercial pilot licenses and at least two years of skydiving operations experience, maintaining safety personnel and medevac plans, and offering facilities including a drop zone, parachute packing areas, briefing spaces, and bathroom facilities. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 713990, anticipated to be released on the beta.sam.gov website around 22 May 2025, with a size standard of $8.0M.
