About this file

This document appears to be the NSSC Contractor Site Access Request Form. It is a form that contractors must complete to request unescorted access to the Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) in Natick, MA. The form requires the contractor to provide personal information such as name, date of birth, driver's license number, current address, and states resided in over the past 5 years. The form indicates that all US visitors 18 and older must be vetted prior to entry, and foreign visitors must be vetted through the appropriate Foreign Disclosure Officer. The form can be submitted via encrypted email or fax, and requests must be received 24 hours prior to the visitor's arrival. If a visitor is denied access, a waiver request can be obtained from the USAG Natick Police Desk.

The related federal contract opportunity is for an Annual Maintenance and Repair Plan for the video surveillance system, telephone recording system, emergency door lock system, and emergency operations center at NSSC and Army Family Housing in Hudson, MA. The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a competitive solicitation for a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
