1) Deck number
2) Frame number
3) Position relative to ship centerline
4) Use of compartment
3.1.6 Report submissions. Expedite shipment and analysis of all sample results for receipt within two business days. Contractor shall submit all laboratory test results in electronic file either by E-mail or by CD/DVD format to include an executive summary report at the beginning, give a description of where positive samples were located (frame/bulkhead/deck/ovhd), the level of positive sample (include numeric reading), and contractor recommendations, as a CFR.
3.2 Testing particulars. The Contractor shall accomplish the following tasks:
3.2.1 Lead dust. Take lead dust wipe samples in the designated locations, as specified in the sub-paragraph paragraph titled “Lead dust wipe sampling” SFLC Std Spec 0000, Appendix A or B, as applicable, in locations designated by the Coast Guard inspector.
