About this file

This is a Fleet Change Log for dump truck specifications issued by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The document outlines modifications made to the dump truck specifications for the current solicitation compared to the previous procurement cycle. Key changes include the addition of stainless steel oil pan requirements in the engine section, enhanced electrical upfitter circuits, pre-drilled or punched frame holes on all chassis regardless of selected options, updated key provisions requiring three sets of keys, and a newly mandated weight identification tag requirement. Additional modifications address backup camera display specifications with pre-approval requirements from MoDOT, enhanced hydraulic function control valve requirements for wing or scraper applications and pre-wet and anti-ice functions with provisions for capped-off unused work ports, underbody scraper pre-approval requirements with specified moldboard dimensions of minimum 12 feet, and standard inclusion of removeable base angles on both 12-foot and 14-foot front snowplow options.

The document serves as a reference guide highlighting substantive specification changes rather than a standalone contract document containing pricing, terms, award dates, or other transactional details. Vendors are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all specifications to understand MoDOT's complete requirements, as this change log only documents modifications from the prior solicitation iteration.
