This draft solicitation seeks comments on hardware and support services for Area Control Systems at Naval Air Systems Command facilities. The government intends to incorporate contractor feedback into an official Request for Proposal to provide ACS hardware support services in support of the Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Division. The accompanying DD Form 254 is a draft contract security classification specification outlining classification levels, access requirements, and handling procedures for a potential award to provide the described ACS hardware support services. Facility and personnel clearance requirements, controlled unclassified information marking standards, and public release authorities are specified. The draft DD254 includes signature blocks for certifying and distribution officials.
