About this file
This document contains a corporate certificate and authority to bind partnership template for federal proposals and contracts. It requires that if a corporation submits a proposal, it must include a corporate certificate signed by an authorized corporate officer certifying that the proposal was duly signed and is within the corporation's authority. If a partnership submits a proposal, it must include an authority to bind partnership listing the names and signatures of all partners and certifying that the signing partner has authority to bind the partnership pursuant to its agreement. The partnership authority remains in effect until revoked in writing to the contracting officer.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Middle East for site preparation services in Ta'if, Saudi Arabia.
