About this file

This is a Cost Proposal template (Exhibit B Attachment 1) for California Department of Food and Agriculture Agreement Number 24-0115. The template provides a structure for bidders to submit pricing for routine maintenance and as-needed repairs, with fields for unit costs and estimated quantities to calculate total costs.

The cost proposal requires bidders to include all comprehensive costs including labor, equipment, parts, materials, tools, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel, and per diem expenses. Bidders must provide pricing for all items, as blank cells may result in bid rejection. The template explicitly states that zero dollar amounts ($0.00 or $-) indicate services will be performed at no cost to the State. The pricing structure is presented in a lump sum format with two main line items: routine maintenance and as-needed repairs.
