About this file

This document package outlines the scope of work for repairing marina infrastructure at Tyndall AFB in Florida. The work includes demolishing and reconstructing boat slips, finger piers, boardwalks, pavilions, dry storage areas, and a boat ramp. It also involves installing a new floating dock system with 40 slips and cleaning debris from the water. The project will be completed in five tasks - boat slips and boardwalks, dry storage, boat ramp repairs, debris removal, and a new floating dock. Construction will include installing new pilings, decking, utilities, lighting, and other accessories at the boat slips and boardwalks. The dry storage area will receive fencing, gates, gravel, and pavilions. Repairs to the boat ramp include a new dock section and hardware. The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB is soliciting proposals for completing the work outlined in the statement of work by the dates specified.
