About this file
This is a contract price schedule template for a GSA eBuy Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation numbered 140P8626Q0013 issued by the National Park Service for Golden Gate National Recreation Area in San Francisco, California. The document contains two separate bid schedules: one for Fort Mason Headquarters Furniture Relocation and Disposal services (POP 09/30/2024 - 12/31/2024) and one for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Services for Alcatraz Island.
The EMT Services contract schedule details a base year period from March 15, 2026 through March 14, 2027, with varying hourly requirements by season (ranging from 8-13 hours per day depending on the day of week and time of year), totaling 4,045 regular hours plus 94 holiday hours. An option period extends from March 15, 2027 through August 31, 2027, comprising 2,030 hours plus 46 holiday hours. The pricing schedule requires contractors to provide unit prices for each monthly and holiday period, with the government reserving the right to award any or all line items based on best value determination. Contractors must submit offers conforming to base line items at minimum; alternate proposals offering cost savings are encouraged and should clearly identify their advantages. All quotations are valid for 60 days from submission unless otherwise stated. The furniture relocation schedule similarly requires itemized pricing for labor (lead staff, movers, drivers, and other staff at specified hourly rates and work schedules) and supplies (general supplies, equipment rental, and miscellaneous items).

| Notice: Offerors are required to submit, at a minimum, an offer that conforms to the solicitation documents with pricing for Base line items. Failure to do so may render the proposal unacceptable. On lump-sum line items, provide the total price only. For all unit-priced line items, provide the unit price and the extended total price. If no specific line item exists for a portion of the work, include the costs in a related item. In case of error in calculation of extended prices, the unit price governs. In case of errors in summations, the total of the corrected amounts govern. Round totals and extended prices to whole dollars. The Government reserves the right to award any or no options at or after the time of award. Pricing will be evaluated based on what is determined to be the best value to the Government. |
| Notice: In addition to the offer that conforms to the solicitation documents, offerors are encourage to submit alternate proposals that will result in cost savings to the Government. Such proposals shall clearly identify why the acceptance of the alternate proposal would be advantageous to the Government, see FAR Clause 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisition-Alternate II and DSC-36 Clause (Instructions for Submission of Offers and Other Information) in Section L of the Solicitation. |
