1. Vendor will be performing a Services Contract For Air Traffic Control, Weather, and Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems and Weather Maintenance services at six (6) locations nationwide. The services will be performed at: Ellington Airport, TX; Rickenbacker Airport, OH;

The Contractor will notify the Government Contracting Activity and the Government Security Manager within 48 hours of any incident involving the actual or suspected compromise/loss of classified information to enable the Government to conduct immediate assessment of potential impact pending formal inquiry/investigation. Actual or suspected compromise of Covered Defense Information will be reported IAW DFARS Clause 252.204-7012.

The following Security Classification Guide applies to classified performance on this contract. Subsequent updates shall be provided by the Technical Point of Contact/Contracting Officer Representative/Contracting Officer or Security Representative (as applicable) as requiring

OPSEC Requirements: Requirements for OPSEC are contained in the Contract PWS and applicable Section (s) of this DD-254 Contractors must complete initial and Annual OPSEC training (Combined with required DOD and AF Information Assurance Training).

Prior to beginning operations involving classified information on an installation identified on the DD Form 254, the contractor shall enter into a Visitor Group Security Agreement with the installation commander to ensure that the contractor’s security procedures are properly integrated with those of the installation. As a minimum, the agreement shall identify the security actions that will be performed:

(1) By the installation for the contractor, such as providing storage and classified reproduction facilities, guard services, security forms, security inspections, classified mail services, security badges, visitor control, and investigating security incidents; and

(2) Jointly by the contractor and the installation, such as packaging and addressing classified transmittals, security checks, internal security controls, and implementing emergency procedures to protect classified material.

Contractors must complete initial and Annual OPSEC training (Combined with required DOD and AF Information Assurance Training).

Prior to beginning operations involving classified information on an installation identified on the DD Form 254, the contractor shall enter into a Visitor Group Security Agreement with the installation commander to ensure that the contractor’s security procedures are properly integrated with those of the installation. As a minimum, the agreement shall identify the security actions that will be performed:

(1) By the installation for the contractor, such as providing storage and classified reproduction facilities, guard services, security forms, security inspections, classified mail services, security badges, visitor control, and investigating security incidents; and

(2) Jointly by the contractor and the installation, such as packaging and addressing classified transmittals, security checks, internal security controls, and implementing emergency procedures to protect classified material.
