About this file

This is a technical specifications and hardware descriptions document for GLOCK firearms and related systems included in a Department of the Army solicitation for commercially available GLOCK products and services.

The document provides detailed technical specifications and system configurations for seven primary firearm models and associated training courses. The GLOCK G17 system includes the pistol with three 17-round magazines, optional night sights, modular backstraps, operator's manual, speed loader, cleaning set, pistol case, and cable lock, with availability across Generations 3-6 and technical specifications including 9x19mm caliber, 114mm barrel length, and approximately 705g weight for Gen 3/4 models. The GLOCK G19 system mirrors the G17 configuration with 15-round magazines and 102mm barrel, and includes optional Modular Optics System (MOS) and threaded barrel variants. The GLOCK G26 subcompact variant features 10-round magazines with similar accessories, while the GLOCK 19X utilizes a hybrid frame/slide design with coyote coloring, 17-round or extended 17+2-round capacity magazines, and a Glock Marksman Barrel. The GLOCK G43X subcompact offering includes black or silver slide options with 10-round magazines, shorter trigger distance, and built-in beavertail. Training variants—the G17T and G19T—are blue-colored FX/FOF training pistols configured identically to their live-fire counterparts but compatible only with training ammunition. The document also specifies magazine compatibility across generations and models, as well as two training courses: the GLOCK MOS/I Operators Training Course (two days, up to 12 students) covering optics and iron sight usage, and the GLOCK Combined Armorer Training Course (two days, 16 hours, up to 20 students) combining standard and advanced armorer instruction on field stripping, disassembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
