About this file

This document is an Antiterrorism (AT) and Operations Security (OPSEC) Provisions attachment for a janitorial services contract at the Tri-Lake Project Office in Littleton, Colorado. The provisions outline critical security requirements for contractor and subcontractor employees, including mandatory training and access protocols. Key requirements include completing AT Level I Training within 30 calendar days of contract start, submitting completion certificates to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), complying with installation/facility security policies, undergoing background checks, and being escorted in sensitive areas without appropriate security clearance.

Additional security provisions mandate pre-screening candidates using the E-Verify Program, ensuring employees have valid government identification, and completing annual OPSEC awareness training. Contractors must comply with personal identity verification requirements, adhere to Force Protection Condition (FPCON) changes, and follow adjudication standards using the National Crime Information Center and Terrorist Screening Database. These provisions apply to all contractor and subcontractor employees requiring access to Army installations, facilities, controlled areas, or network systems.
