Additionally, there is existing access control hardware already in place (near the passage to OPS Floor 2) that must be accounted for. The Government also requires a new, stand-alone access control solution at the primary facility entrance capable of managing up to 500 personnel.
1.3 Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be from [Insert start date] to [Insert completion date]. Comment by PERLAS, KRISTIAN MARTIN B SMSgt USAF ANG 195 WG/MSC: Instructions/guide only. Delete this comment bubble prior to submitting PWS to government. Submit file as Adobe PDF.

1.4 General Information:
1.4.1 Place and Performance of Services: The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 07:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at 10616 Superfortress Ave Bldg. 4780, Mather, CA, 95655-4176. The contractor shall at all times maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility/installation is not closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are essential. Teleworking is authorized.
1.4.1.1 Telework: The Government does permit the contractor to telework in support of this requirement.
