About this file
Attachment 4 is a Contractor Furnished Property (CFP) document that details the specific items the contractor must provide at their own expense for the Mission Support Services contract at White Sands Missile Range. The document outlines five categories of contractor-furnished property: 1) office furniture for overhead personnel, 2) personal protective equipment, 3) office supplies not directly supporting tests, 4) name tags and lanyards, and 5) cellular phones and cellular services. The contractor is required to recoup these costs through their Indirect Charge Rate and cannot directly bill for these items. The document specifies that while the government may initially provide similar property as Government Furnished Property (GFP), once the property reaches end of life, the contractor must replace it using their own resources, and these items will remain contractor-owned and not classified as CAP or GFP.
