Attachment 7 – Specific Recreation Site Conditions

The following list of sites listed have some unique conditions to consider and include in the price for basic maintenance and minor repairs. These conditions are typical to these sites due to several factors including geography, public usage and other outside elements. These specific sites will not warrant additional charges as these conditions are considered normal.

· Silver City Recreation Sites: It is expected to remove numerous additional bags of residential trash that are accumulated at the trash cans and vault toilet facilities. Due to the nature of the trash, the contractor shall haul off the additional trash as part of the normal site maintenance visit.

· Jump Creek: It is expected to have trash which exceeds the trash cans and excess site litter at the site and shall be removed during normal site maintenance visits. When multiple services are scheduled for each week, trash removal and vault toilet cleaning will occur 2 times per week, with a minimum of 72 hours between visits.

· Rabbit Creek and Hemingway Butte Recreation Sites: It is expected to find numerous rock type fire rings created by recreators at the site. The contractor is not expected to break down or remove rock fire rings. The contractor shall remove trash and debris from rock fire rings as done with a normal fire ring during normal site visits.

· Cove Recreation Site: When multiple services are scheduled for each week, trash removal and vault toilet cleaning will occur 2 times per week, with a minimum of 72 hours between visits. All trash cans will receive new bags during trash removal.

· Blacks Creek Vault Toilet: Due to continuous use, typical site trash is found in around vault toilet. It is expected to remove excess trash during normal site maintenance visits.

· Owyhee Front OHV Sites: Due to heavy use and wind, often trash gets caught in fences along road. It is expected to remove trash caught in fence during normal site maintenance visits.
