Blk 7: The contractor shall initiate a zero-cost receiving report in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite (formerly known as iRAPT/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)) immediately after submitting the data in accordance with Blk 14. An iRAPT/WAWF receiving report is required for every data item submission (initial and subsequent submission) to the Government.

Blk 9: For unclassified reports without controlled unclassified information (CUI) per DoDM 5200.01-V4 (e.g., one or more of FOIA Exemptions 2 through 9 apply for 'FOUO' information); the contractor shall incorporate the following Distribution D on the CDRL deliverable:

“DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only, Administrative or Operational Use, September 2020.

Other requests shall be referred to: Director, Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, PO Box 555217, Bldg. 210536 Kraus St., Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171.”

For classified reports the contractor shall incorporate the following Distribution D on the CDRL deliverable:

“DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only, Administrative or Operational Use, September 2020.

Other requests shall be referred to: Director, Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, PO Box 555217, Bldg. 210536 Kraus St., Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171.”

"WARNING - This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401 et seq.), as amended. Blk 10 and 12: Contractor’s Management and Technical Plan shall be submitted as specified in the performance requirements that accompany an individual order for services issued against this MATOC.

Blk 14: Distribution shall be made via electronic mail. All submissions shall be in the version of Microsoft Office used by AVTB. Deliverable submissions shall be marked, handled, and delivered in accordance with the procedures and guidelines detailed in DODM 5200.01 VOL 4. The email subject line shall include the contract number, CDRL data item number and reporting period (e.g., M68909-21-R-7903, CDRL B001, 10 September 2020). Blk 4: (Tailoring) - Figure 1 referred to in paragraph 1 and 2 is replaced with Attachment J15 (MCSC Mishap Form). Refer to DoDM 5200.01-V3, Enclosure (6), Appendix 1, Figure 2 (Report of Security Incident Inquiry or Investigation) with respect to reports with security implications.

Blk 7: The contractor shall initiate a zero-cost receiving report in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite (formerly known as iRAPT/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)) immediately after submitting the data in accordance with Blk 14. Blk 9: Marking of the Accident Mishap Report shall be "Unclassified/For Official Use Only." The Accident Mishap Report shall be appropriately marked with a destruction notice, the applicable CUI marking(s), and a FOIA exemption notice (Exemption 6 applies). In addition, the contractor shall incorporate the following Distribution Statement D on the CDRL deliverable:

16. REMARKS

Blk 4: Technical products shall be delivered to the Government in the current AVTB template format. If AVTB does not have a template, the products shall be delivered to the Government, per commercial best practices.

Technical documentation includes, but is not limited to, detailed test plans (DTPs), final test reports (FTRs), quick look reports (QLRs), interim data reports (IDRs), technical notes, and any document specified in each DD-Form 1423-1 that accompanies an order for services issued against the MATOC.

Blk 7: The contractor shall initiate a zero-cost receiving report in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite (formerly known as iRAPT/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)) immediately after submitting the data in accordance with Blk 14. An iRAPT/WAWF receiving report is required for every data item submission (initial and subsequent submission) to the Government.

Blk 9: For unclassified reports without controlled unclassified information (CUI) per DoDM 5200.01-V4 (e.g., one or more of FOIA Exemptions 2 through 9 apply for 'FOUO' information); the contractor shall incorporate the following Distribution D on the CDRL deliverable:
