About this file

This is a Memorandum for Record from the 90th Missile Wing (AFGSC) regarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) release for a project titled "Dorm Water Damage," dated August 3, 2026. The memorandum establishes requirements and procedures for contractors to receive CUI drawings (Attachment 7) related to the project.

Contractors must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.204-7021 by completing a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). NIST SP 800-171 must be completed within the last three years with a Basic assessment score of 110, or contractors must provide an active System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for unimplemented controls. If CMMC certification is available, a Level 2 (Self) or higher is required; otherwise, a Conditional Certification with active POA&M is acceptable. Once verified in SPRS, contractors request documents via email from SSgt Tiffany Turgeon (tiffany.turgeon@us.af.mil) or Mr. Brandon Bartlett (brandon.bartlett@us.af.mil). Documents are delivered through DoD SAFE Link (safe.apps.mil). The memorandum requires contractors to acknowledge receipt and understanding of CUI safeguarding requirements, including prohibition on release or reproduction except for official use, proper destruction using cross-cut shredders producing particles of 1mm x 5mm or smaller, and return of materials with contractor proposals. Questions regarding policy should be directed to F. E. Warren AFB Civil Engineer Squadron at (307) 773-4086.
