About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the first phase of a JWICS server installation project for the Air Force Global Strike Command at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The project requires acquiring and installing new network node router/switch infrastructure for three buildings (OSS, MPF, and FTU), supporting over 200 networked devices. Key requirements include providing new, non-refurbished, TAA-compliant equipment equivalent to the attached equipment list, delivering comprehensive training to government technicians, and ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
The project has specific technical and security constraints, including no wireless capabilities, compatibility with Solar Winds, STIG configurations, and personnel with TS/SCI clearance for integration and troubleshooting. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with a required completion date of 1 August 2025. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday from 0900-1600, with strict base access requirements including background checks, CAC or contractor ID, and compliance with security protocols. The total project is a two-phase effort, with this first phase focusing on network infrastructure and the second phase involving a three-cluster virtual system supporting 150 VMware workstations and 14 virtual servers.
