About this file
This document provides notes related to a federal solicitation for repair work on HVAC systems in Building 3331. The solicitation seeks proposals to replace the HVAC systems in the western half of Building 3331, including the exterior condensing unit, air handler unit, and variable air volume boxes, with a more energy efficient system. It also requires conversion of the majority of controls from analog to digital on the Army National Guard's control network in the building. Proposals are due via the General Services Administration's System for Award Management website and must meet that agency's registration and representation requirements. Joint ventures wishing to bid must submit partnership agreements demonstrating approval by all boards of directors and eligibility for the relevant small business set-aside size standards.
