About this file
This is a Technical Documents Checklist and Technical Review template for an RFQ (W912DY-26-Q-A073) issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Support Center Huntsville for the procurement of microwaves for a housing facility at Fort Huachuca, Building 52309. The document serves as a compliance verification tool that vendors must complete and submit with their quotes to demonstrate adherence to Furniture Item Description (FID) requirements. Contractors must return the completed checklist in Word format, and quotes submitted without the necessary documentation may not be considered for award. The template requires vendors to provide written demonstrations of compliance with FID requirements through manufacturer catalogs and CAD drawings rather than blanket statements.
The checklist addresses specific product categories including beds, underbed drawers, wooden casegoods, and metal casegoods, with each section requiring submission of applicable GSA Contract pages, approved testing results, model numbers, and salient features highlighted for easy identification. Vendors must organize technical documents sequentially according to the FID. The template includes a multi-round technical review process with fields for HNC (Huntsville Contracting Office representative) clarifications and vendor replies across three rounds, culminating in final technical acceptability determinations. Quotes are due no later than April 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST, with questions required by March 23, 2026. This combined synopsis/solicitation falls under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items, NAICS code 335220, and requires contractor registration in SAM with no exclusions.
