About this file

The file is a pricing reply spreadsheet for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution procurement (FDLE-ITN-2601), seeking a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ITSM solution to replace their existing on-premise platform. The solicitation targets a 5-year initial contract term with five additional 1-year renewal options, with proposals due by September 12, 2025. The solution must be a commercially available, vendor-hosted product deployed in enterprise or government environments, supporting internal and external IT service operations with a phased implementation approach prioritizing operational continuity and structured integration.

The pricing document outlines detailed cost requirements for SaaS subscription, including core application hosting in a CJIS-compliant U.S. Government Cloud environment, data storage, technical support, and maintenance. The procurement requires vendors to provide firm fixed pricing for four implementation phases: Core Platform & Incident Management, Service Requests & AAA, Change Management & Knowledge Base, and Go-Live/System Acceptance/Training. Pricing must include all associated costs such as travel, licensing, configuration, and implementation, with vendors expected to meet rigorous security compliance requirements including CJIS Security Policy, Florida Administrative Code, and NIST standards. The document also allows for optional value-added enhancements and includes contingency/change order rates for potential future modifications.
