About this file

The file is a pricing reply spreadsheet for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) soliciting an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution through Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) 2601. The document outlines a comprehensive SaaS procurement for a new ITSM platform, with a 5-year initial contract term and five additional 1-year renewal options. The project will be implemented in four sequential phases covering core platform configuration, incident management, service requests, change management, knowledge base development, go-live support, training, and ongoing maintenance. The procurement timeline indicates proposals are due by September 12, 2025, with an expectation of a phased implementation approach.

The pricing document requires vendors to provide detailed annual subscription costs for a CJIS-compliant U.S. Government Cloud environment, including core application hosting, data storage, technical support, maintenance, and compliance updates. Vendors must specify licensing structures, support levels, and potential scalability options across a 10-year total cost projection. The solution must meet stringent security compliance requirements, including FBI CJIS Security Policy, Florida Administrative Code, and NIST standards. While no specific budget range is provided, the comprehensive requirements suggest a significant technological investment focused on enhancing FDLE's internal and external IT service operations through advanced automation, process efficiency, and robust security capabilities.
