About this file
This document is a pre-solicitation notice for a draft request for proposal for Joint Geospatial Analytic Support Services II to be issued by the United States Special Operations Command. The notice provides information on an industry day to be held on July 7, 2020 as a virtual event with a maximum of four participants allowed per company to address the draft RFP and allow for questions. One-on-one meetings will also be held from July 7 through July 9 for interested vendors to meet with government representatives on a first come, first served basis in 30-minute sessions. The final RFP is expected to be released in late July.
The requirement is for 260 geospatial analysts with skills in full motion video analysis, imagery analysis, imagery systems, geospatial intelligence, and specialty skills to provide multifaceted geospatial and imagery intelligence collection, analysis and exploitation capabilities in support of special operations forces' military operations in the continental United States and outside the continental United States. Offerors must hold a top secret facility clearance at the time of proposal submission. Questions on the draft RFP are due by June 26.
