This Statement of Work (SOW) details the installation of administrative furniture for Lincoln Hall, Building 607 at the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, NY. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating delivery, loading/unloading new furniture items, placing and installing items in designated rooms, assembling furniture, securing items, and properly disposing of packaging materials. Key requirements include field verification of building conditions, electrical hardwiring by a licensed electrician, and coordination of finish and color selections with the Technical Representative (TR).

The project involves installing furniture across five floors, with specific security requirements for personnel entering the facility. Contractors must complete a background check, obtain proper identification, and enter through the Stony Lonesome Gate. The delivery hours are 0830-1530, with tractor-trailer parking available in front of the building. The contractor must provide documentation including owners' manuals, warranty information, and a final furniture layout in AutoCAD and PDF formats. Safety compliance, including an Accident Prevention Plan and Activity Hazard Analysis, is mandatory. The Technical Representative is Jason Mielke, and the project involves careful coordination of furniture placement, electrical connections, and site-specific security protocols.

Provide the number of different fabric/pattern/finish selections required in the Attachment 2 Furniture Items Description (FID) of the contract. Finish selections required per the FID requirements are those known at the time of RFQ and may not match actual building finishes selected. Therefore, samples of the entire range of colors available for each selection shall also be available at the meeting in case they are needed to coordinate with the final building finishes.

As part of this project a Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) may have been prepared that may provide insight into the color choices for carpet, paint and other finishes within this facility.
