About this file

This document outlines metrics for evaluating vendor responses to solicitation SPE605-24-R-0202 for a fuel card program in Italy. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy is seeking proposals to provide individual fuel cards that can support at least 20,000 users annually. Vendor responses will be assessed based on their ability to meet card requirements around user support levels, acceptance at retail fuel locations in Italy, inclusion of value-added services, reporting capabilities, and implementation timelines. The solicitation also specifies response requirements around pricing models, liability and dispute resolution, and terms of service. Evaluation criteria emphasize a vendor's capacity and compliance on user support volumes, coverage within Italy, and performance against implementation milestones.
