About this file
This is an Additional Administrative Requirements document (Exhibit A) for a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and Department of General Services (DGS) contract (BU 7760 IFB 0000033681) regarding chiller delivery services. The document outlines operational requirements for contractors working on school grounds, including proper personal protection equipment requirements for chiller delivery.
The document specifies administrative protocols including a tobacco-free environment policy, security regulations requiring valid ID, parking restrictions with loading dock access by permission, free utility access, and clean-up requirements. Contractors must minimize interference with State operations, maintain clean work areas, and follow proper debris disposal procedures in accordance with local ordinances. The document focuses primarily on operational conduct requirements rather than specific procurement details, pricing, or contract terms.
