About this file
This document is an attachment containing salient characteristics for a replacement Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system that defines the specifications for acceptable "or equal" products.
The replacement UPS must meet the following technical requirements: output capacity between 4 kVA and 16 kVA, scalability to accommodate additional electrical components and future requirements, and a physical footprint not exceeding 40 inches in length by 24 inches in width. The unit must feature hot-swappable internal batteries, operate as a single rack or tower configuration (not multiple units), require three-phase 208-volt power input, and provide a minimum runtime of 20 minutes on battery backup. These characteristics establish the baseline performance and physical specifications that any proposed replacement UPS system must satisfy to be considered acceptable under the procurement.
