About this file

This document is Attachment 04 – Reporting Requirements for a federal contract resulting from an NHGRI Biorepository solicitation. The contractor is required to submit regularly recurring Technical Progress Reports in electronic format that comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Quarterly Progress Reports must document and summarize all work results conducted by the NHGRI Biorepository during each reporting period, with the initial reporting period consisting of the first full three months of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month, and thereafter consisting of three full calendar months. These quarterly reports must include information on Protocol Monitoring, Data Management Support Services, Regulatory Support for IND and IDE Submissions, Data Safety and Monitoring Board (DSMB) Support, and Statistical Expertise. No quarterly progress report is required for periods in which the final technical report is due.

A Final Technical Report is required that provides a cumulative representation of work performed and results obtained for the entire contract period of performance. The contractor must submit a draft of the final report to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer for review at least 30 days prior to contract expiration, with the final report due on or before the contract expiration date. The document notes that additional deliverables are included within the Statement of Work.
