About this file
This document is a Schedule of Items for the Summit Lake Dam Repairs and Safety Improvements project, issued by the Department of Agriculture Forest Service. The solicitation (No. 12445525Q0063) covers dam repairs in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, with a 90-day performance period. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement, requiring contractors to complete four primary line items: mobilization, security/safety fencing, primary spillway outlet concrete repair, and establishing safe access to the primary spillway riser.
Key requirements include mandatory sam.gov registration, with no formal site visit scheduled. Contractors must submit pricing for all items, with payment limited to listed schedule items. The project has specific conditions, including potential bond requirements for contracts exceeding $35,000 and technical questions to be directed to paul.boucher@usda.gov and stephen.quattrone@usda.gov. Interested contractors should carefully review the complete solicitation, noting that any work not explicitly listed in the schedule is considered incidental to the primary items.
