Schedule Notes
1) Contractor must have an active registration with www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Note that a status of "ID Assigned" is not a fully activated registration
2) The government is not required to purchase items designated as Option Items.
3) One Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated from this solicitation. Contractors must provide prices at the line item level. If possible, type prices directly into the schedule provided.
4) Any contract in excess of $35,000.00 that results from this solicitation, will require alternative payment protections. The cost for any applicable bonds will be included in the total awarded price of the contract. The price of any resulting contract will not be increased to accommodate a contractor's failure to account for bonding prices in their quote.
5) Unless otherwise stated, payment will be made for actual quantities received/performed. Payment will only be made for the items shown. Any work necessary to complete this project that is not listed in the table above, is considered incidental to the items shown.
6) There is a site visit scheduled for 07/08/2024 (refer to 52.236-27 on Pg 30).
7) Kendre DiPietro (kendre.dipietro@usda.gov) will be the COR for this contract, and may answer technical questions related to the scope of work.
